Young Bosses on a Rise for Success Inc.

Mrs. Yashieka is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Young Bosses on a Rise for Success Inc., a youth-focused nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering young people through mentorship, education, leadership development, and life skills.

As the oldest of four siblings, Mrs. Yashieka developed leadership qualities early in life, naturally stepping into roles that required responsibility, guidance, and care for others. Today, she carries those same leadership values into her work with youth and families in her community.

Mrs. Yashieka is also a devoted wife and proud mother of four children. Her experiences as both a parent and youth professional have strengthened her commitment to helping children grow into confident, successful individuals.

Throughout her career, Mrs. Yashieka has worked with children and young adults ranging from ages 1 to 18, gaining valuable hands-on experience in education, mentorship, and youth development. Her professional background includes:

Teacher Assistant with Head Start, supporting early childhood learning and development

Tutor for students of all ages, including college students

After-School and Summer Camp Counselor with the YMCA

Youth Counselor at Southern Glades Youth Camp (Boot Camp Program)

Active involvement in church youth programs and community activities throughout her childhood

Growing up, Mrs. Yashieka was surrounded by positive influences through church and community programs that provided structure, support, and meaningful opportunities. These early experiences helped shape her passion for youth development and her belief that every child deserves access to safe, engaging, and supportive environments.

Her inspiration to establish Young Bosses on a Rise for Success Inc. came after recognizing that many youth in her community lacked access to structured programs outside of sports and traditional extracurricular activities. She saw a need for safe spaces where youth could receive mentorship, explore their interests, build life skills, and develop confidence.

Mrs. Yashieka’s mission is to create a safe, welcoming environment where youth feel comfortable, supported, and valued. She believes that every child deserves a place where they can express themselves freely, receive guidance, and build strong relationships with trusted mentors.

Through her leadership, Mrs. Yashieka continues working to ensure that youth have access to programs that promote:
