YBRS is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering youth through entrepreneurship, leadership development, financial literacy, mentorship, academic enrichment, and community service.

Our mission is to inspire and equip young people with the knowledge, confidence, and leadership skills they need to become successful entrepreneurs and community leaders.

We currently serve youth ages 8–17 through educational programs, workshops, events, and mentorship opportunities.

4. Where are you located?
We proudly serve youth and families throughout South Florida, including Homestead, Florida City, and surrounding communities.

No! Our programs are designed for beginners as well as youth who already have business ideas.

Yes. Anyone working directly with youth must successfully complete the required screening process.

Will my child receive a certificate?
Many of our programs include a certificate of completion to recognize each participant's accomplishments.

Do students receive mentorship?
Yes. Whenever possible, participants are paired with business professionals, entrepreneurs, or community leaders who provide encouragement and guidance.
